Our Team:
Scott Waddell Scott is a co-founder of CustomerDNA. In 1997, Scott
originally built the company with the vision to empower ISP
customer profitability through the provision of value added
services. In the process, Scott developed on of the largest
consumer news and content syndication services over the
Internet. In recent years, he has pioneered several
technical innovations in media syndication and focused on
helping companies increase customer profitability through
their communication and portal strategies. Scott has been
featured as an industry expert on ROBTV, and has spoken at
several industry conferences including ISPCON.
Gary Kawaguchi Gary is a co-founder of CustomerDNA and brings with him 24
years of broad based client experience. He was most recently
Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing, Programming and
Customer Care at Look Communications Inc. where he led the
organization from start-up as a wireless cable TV and data
business to the largest independent ISP in Canada. Prior to
that Gary has held senior management positions with
Pepsi-Cola Canada, Canadian Tire, Canada Trust, and Dundee
Bancorp gaining experience in packaged goods, retail,
financial services, and wealth management. An early career
starting in Finance quickly shifted to Franchise Management,
Marketing, Sales, Strategic Planning and Operations for the
majority of his career
Geoff Norton Geoff is the Director of Technology for CustomerDNA. He has
been with the company for three years and has been
responsible for building and maintaining our content
aggregation and distribution network. He has managed the
development of many of the integral technologies and
products within CustomerDNA . Geoff comes from a background
in network security and infrastructure and is also a
contributor to selected open source projects. Geoff is
responsible for the day to day maintenance of all
CustomerDNA technologies & networks, as well as the creation
and implementation of new products and IT related
purchasing.
Jamie Grant Jamie is the Creative Director of CustomerDNA. For the past
12 years, Jamie has been doing brand, advertising and web
design for companies such as Microsoft, McDonalds, Look,
Sprint, Sony, BMG, Smirnoff and more.
Mihai Dinescu Mihai leads application development for CustomerDNA. Mihai
has worked for many international clients as a developer
with a number of interactive agencies.
Kim S. Robinson Mr. Robinson is President and CEO of International Club
Network, the world's largest alliance of private and daily
fee golf and non-golf, leisure properties, operating in 17
countries. He is also President of Strachan Management
Limited, which is engaged in assisting growth-oriented
companies with their corporate development opportunities.
Mr. Robinson has had broad experience in business, including
10 years as Chief Financial Officer of two public companies
and as President and Chief Operating Officer of a public
technology company. He was also Vice President of Corporate
Development of The Molson Companies Limited for six years
and spent eight years in investment banking. Mr. Robinson
has an MBA from The University of Western Ontario and is on
the board of a number of companies.
Robert J Metcalfe Robert J. Metcalfe, LL.B., is Counsel and engaged in
business development (although not practicing law) for the
full service law firm of Metcalfe, Blainey & Burns (www.mbb.com)
one of the oldest boutique law firms in Canada, representing
major China, Hong Kong and Canadian clients. Robert brings
many years of corporate governance and business experience
having been a senior partner at the law firm of Lang
Michener for 20 years, specializing in corporate commercial
law as well as major Canadian real estate transactions and
the financing thereof, which included a client list of many
of the major corporations in Canada, followed by 7 years as
President and CEO of Armadale Properties Limited as well as
General Counsel and a director to the Sifton family Armadale
Group of Companies with total ownership of significant
holdings in real estate, magazine publishing, newspaper
publishing (one of the largest in Canada), radio and TV
stations, technology, aviation (Toronto-Buttonville
Municipal Airport), automotive, and financial services.
